• Measurements: Accurate measurements are required for all custom-made items. Customers are responsible for providing precise details.
• Processing Times:
  • Custom-made items have extended processing and delivery times, which will be communicated at the time of order.
  • Processing times for standard single orders (1-3 items) are 5 business days within Lagos and 2 weeks for international orders after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Charges: Charges vary based on location (within Lagos, interstate, or international).
• Express Delivery: Available for an additional fee.
• Gift Wrapping: Available for an extra charge, with options for handwritten or printed gift notes.

4. Delivery

• Shipping Partners: Interstate and international deliveries are typically handled by DHL Express or UPS unless specified otherwise.
• Delivery Timeframes:
  • Within Lagos: 3-7 business days.
  • International: 7-15 business days.

5. Payment Policy

Prepayment is required to validate all orders. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

6. Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final.

• No refunds are offered.
• For custom-made or standard items, any issues must be reported immediately upon receipt.
• Defective or incorrect items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
